1. Eligibility and Age Verification

ak gm is an online entertainment platform intended exclusively for adult users. To open and maintain an account you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on ak gm are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and the platform reserves the right to add or remove channels at any time.

Deposits:

• Funds deposited via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ak gm account within minutes.

• In the event of a Cricket match being abandoned, reduced or rescheduled, settlement will follow the official result as declared by the governing body. For PSL matches and international T20s, the DLS method result is treated as the official outcome where applicable.
• If an event is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will be used for settlement, regardless of any subsequent changes to the market.

For live casino games, the result of each round as displayed on screen is final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server. If no result was recorded due to a fault on our side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

In cases where an account is closed for non-breach reasons — such as the platform exercising its general right to decline service — any genuine balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting ak gm support. Requests for account closure are processed within 48 hours. If you have an active self-exclusion period in place, the account cannot be reopened until that period has expired.

9. Limitation of Liability
